Stephen has been running competitively since Fall 2000. With a robust background spanning high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate competitions, he's completed distances from 1 mile to 100 miles. Rooted in his ethos of consistency, he aspires to continue pushing his limits and embracing the joy of training, envisioning a future where he's still running strong as an old sage of the sport.

Stephen hopes he can share his enthusiasm for finding joy in the training process, and using running as a way to connect with other good humans with the athletes he coaches.
